Emily Buchanan

With 20 years’ experience in legal practice, Emily has appeared in all State jurisdictions as a criminal law solicitor advocate principally representing those with multiple and complex needs and First Nations people. Emily brings to the firm over a decade’s experience in practice management and the supervision of staff, honed work in legal education at the Leo Cussen Centre of Law, where she is the Criminal Law Practice Group Leader.
